Who is this program NOT for?
This program is not a somene who is looking for a short cut to lose weight and is not willing to make changes in their lifestyle.
As this is a group coaching program it is not for someone who is not willing to support other group members.

How can I share & discuss my progress with you?
We exchange progress and motivate each other from WhastApp group chat. We also have ” Update Mondays” in the program to make sure your week is going as planned. Otherwise I am always reachable with WhatsApp messages during day time.
What happens if I miss the Zoom talk or Yoga Classes?
We advise you to make sure you join the live classes as this is time to coach you for your progress and support for challenges. However if you miss a session you can follow from recordings.
All live yoga classes are also recorded and shared with participants after the class.
